After receiving your complaint you will receive a confirmation from me. I will answer this complaint within 14 days of receipt, if it needs more time, I will inform you.

From February 15, 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
If your complaint is not yet being dealt with elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
I care about my products and logically do my best to deliver them to you in top condition. Nevertheless, it can happen that an order becomes defective during transport or that something else happens that allows you to claim under warranty.
If the defect is within the warranty, I will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
