Can I pay securely at Voor Miauw?
''Voor Miauw'' works with the payment provider Mollie. This payment system is secure and is used by a large number of companies on the Internet.
The moment you place an order and you have filled in all the details, you have multiple choices of payment.
How can I pay?
Orders can be paid via: iDEAL, Creditcard, Bancontact (Belgium), Afterpay via Klarna, Paypal and Soforte.
I have placed an order but the payment is not possible. What do we do now?
Voor Miauw works with a third-party payment provider Mollie.
This payment system is secure and is used by a large number of companies on the Internet.

Can I order on account?
Unfortunately, this is not possible. However, you will receive an invoice in your e-mail, as soon as your order has been placed. Orders will be shipped as soon as payment is received.
How do you calculate the shipping costs?
Based on the rates of PostNL and DPD.
What is the delivery time of my order?
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 working days. I often just ship your order the next day. Orders are sent via PostNL and DPD. Unfortunately, I have no influence on the delivery times of PostNL and DPD. I cannot give a 100% guarantee that your order will be delivered the next day, I depend on the service of PostNL and DPD.

Can I also send an order to someone else as a gift?
That is certainly possible, it is always nice to surprise someone else! Enter your own address at the billing adress and the address of the recipient at the shipping address.
Then I make sure that the recipient receives his/her gift at home and it is festively packed.
In the comment field you can write a personal message that I will add.
Can I pick up my order from you?
No, I'm afraid that's not possible.
I want to place an order, but the product is sold out. What do we do now?
Then it may be that the product is no longer available.

I have already received an invoice from Klarna but my order is not yet received, how can this be done?
Klarna automatically sends a payment statement after I have marked the order in the system as 'shipped', so it may be that your invoice is just a little earlier than your order.
I have a complaint, what should I do?
Are you not satisfied with something? I recommend that you first make complaints known to me by emailing: email@example.com. Then I'll look for a suitable solution.
I received my order but my order is damaged. What do we do now?
Please contact me via firstname.lastname@example.org based on your order number.
And indicate which products (item number & quantity) you have received damaged, including a photo. Then I'll find a solution.

I do my utmost to answer the email within 24 hours on working days but sometimes it takes a little longer.
